About Me – Gary O’Toole

​My passion for Vedic astrology began early and has evolved into a lifelong pursuit. Since 1996, I have trained with some renowned teachers, including Pearl Finn and Komilla Sutton. Visti Larsen has also been a mentor. ​I trained in counselling and studied Ayurveda with the American Institute of Vedic Studies and at the International Academy of Ayurveda.

​I am a member of the British Association of Vedic Astrology (BAVA) and have lectured at BAVA and Astrological Association conferences. I am also a founding member of the International Sidereal Astrology Association (ISAA). 

​I have authored three books:

• Cosmic Bodies: The Ayurvedic Astrology Guide to Health & Well-Being (2015)
• Rāhu Daśā: A Guide to Thrive (2023)
• Daśā Vidyā: Timelines of Indian Astrology (2023)

​I take a traditional yet practical approach to astrology, blending ancient predictive techniques (Parāśara & Jaimini) with modern insights. My readings are comprehensive and designed to stand the test of time, with most clients relying on a single session and its recording for years. 

I write accessible articles on complex Vedic astrology concepts, often simplifying technical details for a general audience. My work has been featured in:

In 2018, I launched a podcast and digital magazine, featuring insights from top Vedic astrologers. In 2019, I expanded my work by creating a Patreon community, offering exclusive forecasts, reports, and discussions.
