By Nov 2, Venus will have entered Virgo, its sign of debilitation. This does not bode well for the economy, more especially as Venus meets with Ketu at the end of the sign, by Nov 28. Now, every time Venus moves into Virgo feels a bit flat. This year, however, Venus is ‘eclipsed’ by the south node, showing even more potential repercussions.
As Ketu meets with Virgo, Rahu enters Pisces. Rahu leaving Aries may, at least, take the foot off the accelerator for wars around the world. However, Rahu continues to aspect Aries, along with Saturn and Mars in November. This means all 3 malefics are impacting the sign of war. Yet there may be other issues that are rearing their head now, including a potential economic fallout. Rahu in Pisces is no longer strongly impacted by Saturn in Aquarius. In other words, Saturn no longer keeps Rahu in check. Along with all malefics influencing the planet of growth, Jupiter, growth is either hampered, or it’s gained by dubious means that have negative long term repercussions. Rahu in Pisces brings with it so many contradictions we may grapple with for the upcoming 18 months, as Ketu in Virgo has the potential to dredge things up from the past and completely remove any sense of order. This may bring a need to check out of the chaos, through whatever means necessary. Mars moves into Scorpio by Nov 16, conjunct the Sun. The mid-November period is explosive. Mars’ combustion in a place of strength could lead to all kinds of explosive events through the end of the year. Add Mercury into the mix, and everyday pursuits are impacted. Mars aspects Saturn in Aquarius from Scorpio, while Saturn looks back at Mars. This square between Mars and Saturn is always tense. But when we add it to this particular mix, it can be deadly. How we each use this tension will vary. While it doesn’t bode well for peace in the immediate timeframe, we can use these transits to effect real change in our lives. Mars and Saturn are now in their own signs, which means the harsher aspects of our being are more able to express themselves. This can express itself as doing the necessary, however we feel about it. Mars and Saturn may challenge us but without being challenged we never make the necessary changes. Use these cruel planets to work on issues, as opposed to just being cruel to others. If someone else acts cruelly to you, see it as a challenge to respond in a way that improves yourself, as opposed to lashing out with no clear direction. Mars and Saturn combined are like a ninja warrior. Focus your energy to get more done. Because the Mars-Saturn square occurs as Venus conjoins Ketu, and because Mercury moves through the Scorpio-Sagittarius divide at the same time, it may seem as if it’s all too challenging, of course. All may seem lost in a worldly sense. Yet something more important is gained when things seem to fall apart. Venus in Virgo may challenge diplomacy at such a critical juncture. Do what you must. Consider the consequences. Thankfully, Venus doesn’t hang about long at this degree, and quickly moves into its own sign, Libra, by Nov 29. All is not lost. Whatever was, must be relinquished at this stage. Sign up for a 7-day trial on Patreon and get the full report. Mars comes together with Ketu, the south lunar node, which is finishing up in Libra after a year and a half. This may be bad news in terms of war and the economy but everything is good for something. Yet still, Mars and Ketu opposite Rahu, Jupiter, and Uranus, in a square to Pluto in Capricorn, is likely to leave a lot of devastation in its wake. But it is also a period of personal transformation and strength. Let’s face it, we only get strong when challenged to. By the time Mars meets with Ketu by exact degree on Oct 5, we are likely to see a major adjustment in our world. This may be through some acts of violence or natural disaster, which has the potential to disturb the peace. Panic may set in and disturb the financial sector. Yet Mercury’s exaltation in Virgo may help us keep a level head, as Venus opposes Saturn, exact Oct 9, which may feel more restrained. Venus itself will move into Virgo in November and this may show the fallout, especially as Ketu joins it later in November. Yet despite how restrictive this may feel, Saturn is very much needed, and cool heads may win out. Mercury in Virgo is in a strong position to guide us in proper analysis and planning, before moving into Libra by Oct 18. We need this kind of rationality to assuage other, more reckless, impulses. Before the Sun slips into Libra, it’s sign of debilitation, on Oct 17, it is eclipsed by Ketu on Oct 14. This could show the fallout into November, perhaps for some of those in power. Yet it also reflects our own lack of power, and assurance. The eclipse degree has already been activated by Mars by the end of September and will be reactivated by Venus and Ketu by the end of November. Expect some events to disturb the status quo, moving the story forward, whether we like it or not. A partial lunar eclipse follows two weeks after the solar eclipse, on Oct 28, at 10 degrees of sidereal Aries. This is where Jupiter backs up to by the very end of the year – another trigger point. With both benefics and representatives of financial stability (Venus) and growth (Jupiter) caught up in the eclipses, a readjustment is unavoidable. The only saving grace is Saturn's aspects, which may contain the situation. But I guess we'll never know how bad it could have been. A more stoic approach to these events may be called for. Think to yourself, it could have been so much worse, however ‘bad’ it gets. And remember, everything is good for something. Economic challenges are a good time for taking stock of what's truly important. By Oct 28, Mercury meets with Mars in Libra, opposite the eclipsed Moon. Cool heads may find it difficult to prevail at this point. By Oct 30, Ketu (mean node) enters Virgo, as Rahu enters the confusing and enlightening realms of Pisces. Ketu lies in wait for Venus, which joins it in November. If you use the true node, Rahu and Ketu hang out at the juncture between signs all month, not moving until Nov 29. Whichever calculation you use, change is upon us. If we didn't have enough to deal with in October, Mars moves into combustion by the end of the month, and into the New Year, as it initially moves through Libra, the sign of fair trade. It may seem that nothing is fair at this point. All is fair in love and war, I guess. Sign up for a 7-day trial and get the full report. |
